01 / Product fit

Denim first. Not denim only.

Our strongest lane is denim, but the same production discipline extends to washed cotton, twill and knit styles. Bring a tech pack, reference garment or early concept—we will tell you plainly what is production-ready and what needs development.

02 / Development

Send what you have. We help make it producible.

A detailed tech pack is ideal, but not every project starts there. Our pattern and sample workflow can begin from measurements, reference garments, sketches or construction notes. Clearer inputs lead to faster, more accurate sampling and quotations.

05 / People behind the work

From teenage tailors to factory owners.

Shanrong “Sean” Shi and Liuyun Li entered garment-making as teenagers around 1983. They learned the trade from the machine outward: sewing, cutting, washing, line leadership, factory management and quality follow-through.

After years producing fashion, dresses, trench coats, silk garments and padded outerwear—and gaining experience on programs for major American labels at factories they worked in before XBL—they started their own business around 2000. Denim eventually became the factory’s deepest specialty.

That path still shapes how XBL works today. Sean stays close to construction and production. Liuyun follows orders and inspects quality. The company grew from people who know what a garment asks of every station, not from a sales deck.

06 / Before you enquire

Practical answers for a first conversation.

01What is your MOQ?

Our working MOQ starts at 200 pieces. The exact minimum depends on fabric availability, wash, color, trims and size breakdown.

02Can you develop from a reference sample?

Yes. We can review tech packs, drawings, reference garments, measurements or construction notes. More complete information improves speed and accuracy.

03How long does bulk production take?

A typical target is 30–35 days after production-ready information, material confirmation and approvals. Complex washes, custom fabric or peak schedules may require longer.

04Do you only make denim?

No. Denim is our strongest specialty; we also produce washed cotton and twill casualwear, trousers, polo shirts, T-shirts and related knit styles.

05Can you export directly?

Yes. Shenzhen Xingbaolong Clothing Co., Ltd. can contract, receive payment and export directly from mainland China.

06Can I visit the factory?

Yes. Qualified buyers can schedule an in-person visit or request a live video walkthrough with our Shenzhen team.
