Denim-first development and manufacturing for independent labels, designers and sourcing teams—backed by hands-on production knowledge from pattern to packing.

01 / Product fit
Our strongest lane is denim, but the same production discipline extends to washed cotton, twill and knit styles. Bring a tech pack, reference garment or early concept—we will tell you plainly what is production-ready and what needs development.
Jeans, jackets, skirts, dresses and denim-led separates, with wash and finishing coordination.
Cotton trousers, utility silhouettes, overshirts and casual outer layers that need controlled construction and finishing.
Polo shirts, T-shirts and supporting knit pieces for collections that need one practical production partner.

02 / Development
A detailed tech pack is ideal, but not every project starts there. Our pattern and sample workflow can begin from measurements, reference garments, sketches or construction notes. Clearer inputs lead to faster, more accurate sampling and quotations.
03 / Production control
Nan remains your English-speaking commercial contact while the Shenzhen team handles development, production and quality follow-through. You receive direct answers from the people responsible for making the garment.
We review product, materials, quantities, construction and delivery requirements before confirming feasibility.
Pattern development, sample making and fit feedback turn the brief into an approved production reference.
Fabric, trims and labels are confirmed; cutting, sewing and specialist processes move into production.
In-line and final checks, pressing, finishing, packing and export documentation close the order.
04 / Factory evidence
These are current, unstyled photographs from our Shenzhen factory—not showroom renders. Buyers may request a live video walkthrough or an in-person visit before placing production.

05 / People behind the work
Shanrong “Sean” Shi and Liuyun Li entered garment-making as teenagers around 1983. They learned the trade from the machine outward: sewing, cutting, washing, line leadership, factory management and quality follow-through.
After years producing fashion, dresses, trench coats, silk garments and padded outerwear—and gaining experience on programs for major American labels at factories they worked in before XBL—they started their own business around 2000. Denim eventually became the factory’s deepest specialty.
That path still shapes how XBL works today. Sean stays close to construction and production. Liuyun follows orders and inspects quality. The company grew from people who know what a garment asks of every station, not from a sales deck.
